2022 courses

The exemplar course with ANU College of Law will be held in April 2022.

Select courses are scheduled as tentative for the April-September 2022 period (see below for further details).  Future courses will also be arranged reflective of the EOI interest.

We encourage law schools, education and training organisations, law firms and law related bodies to contact us directly at deeplistening@naaja.org.au to arrange group bookings and a co-design process for a course.

You can also follow us on social media.

To express interest to participate as an individual, please submit an Expression of Interest form.

We are pleased to present tentative courses scheduled for 2022.  These courses are open to specific participant categories.

Courses can be held at various locations across the Northern Territory at the invitation of Traditional Owners.

Each course will start for at least two days in either Alice Springs or Darwin, and then on country for the remainder of the week.

COVID notice

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation we acknowledge travel from interstate is unlikely, but is unpredictable and subject to change. Because our courses involve being on-Country and engagement with community and Elders, we will only deliver courses if invited by community and if the circumstances are acceptable (we may also have some flexibility to adjust courses as required).

In early 2022 we will reassess the timing of courses for interstate participants/students.

We continue to encourage EOIs as this will allow us to assess interest and particularly from groups or partner organisations. As courses are co-designed, this will allow us to consider developing courses that are suited to the circumstances as they arise.
